Kentico version 9.x is required to work with SEO Toolkit.
Steps to Configure Kentico CMS to Work with SEO Toolkit
Step 1
Navigate to:Configuration > Settings > Integration > REST
Step 2
Ensure that the checkbox for Service enabled is checked.
Step 3
Confirm that Authentication type is set to Basic authentication.
